2 Options

To all the men and women out there, if you were been given an option to choose between family and career, which one will be your priority? To go for career, you have to leaves behind your family for a certain period of time. To go for family, you will missed out an oppourtunity that you have been waiting for years to come by.

Which one do you go for? What is your say to this situations?

This is a question everyone will have to ponder one day ...There is no right or wrong whichever option you go for... It all depends on individual personality.... Like the saying goes " you can never have the best of both worlds.." Every decision made will have its gains and losses...

Some people would choose to have family but have their career at the same time which means lower their career expectation (ie: lower responsibility job) or finding a career that works around the family life... It's all about finding the balance....

Some people would choose to have career but have their family too... which could mean having less children, spending less quality time with family, forgoing to see their child grow up and etc...

It's not a question of career or family... It's the question what is important to you....

banana girl : what you said is quite true also, but no matter how, there is always a side that been pulling u back all the while. anyway, thank you very much for your advice. very appreciate it. ;)
