The Living Legend...

Have you came across with any article or tv documentary about this man??? Well... I've meet him in person in Penang...

Here are some stories about this man...

http://www.visitpenang.gov.my/portal/what-to-see/heritage-trail/penangs-joss-stick-maker.html

http://www.journeymalaysia.com/MI_penang2.htm#5

As corcern, he is the only person in Malaysia that is still making joss stick the manual way. Here are some photos taken together with him... Mind the blurness... forgot to take along my camera... :)

The man itself, Mr Lee, with the photo of the Astro crew that filmed his documentation.

Another photo shot of himself, proudly showing it to us. Im holding a 6 feet joss stick, made by himself...

His weapon of 'cari makan'.

A sample of the Australia sandalwood, his weapon also... o_O

Some of Mr Lee's handmade joss sticks.

And also this... Funny looking eh...

Hah, this is a masterpiece!!!

And a short video in his prewar shoplot... Very nice...

And I would say that he is a very nice person, not being shy to show to us the way how the joss stick is made, and he is quite a talkative person too... A very nice person indeed...

Thank you Mr Lee.........

and thanks alot Kat, for helping me to capture the shots and the film...

Getting older day by day.........

One year after another, I'm getting older and older day by day.........

Looking back 10 years ago... I'm just a teen with no aim, no money, no ambition wandering around in this world... finding the meaning of life...

10 years after, I'm a husband to a lovely lady... and a father of 2 lil princess...

With some heavy burden on my shoulder to carry on...

Today is the day... 30 years ago I was born into this world...

Empty handed, not even a single string on my hand... to face this cruel world...

And now I'm still standing strong... hoping to stand still strong... for another year ahead........

Happy 30th Birthday WWH......... ;)
